MINRO-STIR PRO NOZZLES & STIR PRO FLO KITS
	MINRO-STIR PRO Nozzles are porous ceramic nozzles used to diffuse inert gas into the molten metal bath of a coreless furnace. This purging process helps promote temperature and chemistry homogenization and cleanliness of the metal by floating inclusions to the slag layer of the bath. Unique DRI-VIBEÂ® technology allows the inert gas to permeate through the floor refractory while being diffused through the MINRO-STIR PRO Nozzle.
MINRO-STIR PRO Nozzles come in multiple sizes to fit a range of coreless furnaces. Two lengths of threaded pipe are also available to allow for various clearances in furnace pits. These can be cut to fit your needs
	Also available from Allied Mineral Products, Inc. is the new STIR PRO FLO Kit. This wall mounted argon gas delivery system was developed to help prevent regulator damage and insure accurate and consistent bubbling. The advanced design includes in and out pressure gauges and a flow meter for precise argon delivery to the MINRO-STIR PRO Nozzle. This kit comes complete with a 3 foot (91.5 cm) length, all stainless steel armor casing pigtail with a CGA connection for easy cylinder attachment. A 36 foot (11 m) long stainless steel armor cased hose is also provided for delivery of the argon from the regulator to the MINRO-STIR PRO Nozzle beneath the furnace. Contact us for more information!
