The
Electric Vibration System (EVS) is a patented
installation system for dry vibratable refractories in coreless induction
furnaces and channel induction inductors. The EVS
allows installation without de‑airing and layer by layer vibration. The
system is electric and programmable. It does not use compressed air and
is not subject to human error. The result is reduced furnace downtime,
less labor hours, more consistent lining installation, and more consistent
lining performance.
