The MATRICAST TUFFLOOR family of products is a versatile line of high temperature flooring materials.

MATRICAST TUFFLOOR is the strongest product in the family. Its excellent thermal shock and resistance to heat make TUFFLOOR the most versatile product in the line. It is often used to replace concrete in both original flooring construction and maintenance applications. This product also is capable of enduring long term continuous exposure to elevated temperatures. TUFFLOOR has proven to resist molten metal splash time and time again.

MATRICAST TUFFLOOR 2200 withstands higher temperatures with similar thermal shock and abrasion resistance properties. TUFFLOOR 2200 is capable of withstanding continuous temperatures to 1205°C (2200°F). This product’s outstanding physical properties make it ideal for flooring in molten metal processing areas and limited structural applications.
 

MATRICAST TUFFLOOR 2500 is well suited for applications with rapid and extreme thermal changes. This product is rated for 1370°C (2500°F) continuous thermal exposure. TUFFLOOR 2500 applications include high temperature structural concrete areas and high temperature metal containment areas.
